Inspired by the now classic Thai sauce, this amazing seasoning is a perfect synergy of all the key flavors in Sriracha: salty, sweet, sour, spicy. Try this this on eggs, chicken tacos, tater tots, and so much more.
From May to September, Brady and his team gather seawater from the shores of San Juan Island in the Pacific Northwest. At their farm, this water is filtered and brought to their evaporation houses. Under the summer sun, the water evaporates and leaves behind their signature salt, into which the briny flavor of the sea is locked.
Ingredients: Sea salt, thai chili powder (chili powder, silicon dioxide), organic vinegar powder, organic garlic, organic sugar, organic rice powder.
