Friday Harbor Seafood Seasoning Blend
This all purpose seafood seasoning has just the right balance of spice and tang. San Juan Island Sea Salt blended their signature salt with delicious herbs, spices, and lemony zing, and the result perfectly enhances the delicate flavors of fish, shrimp and crab.
Inspired by the bountiful waters of the Salish Sea and summertime seafood grilling, it's ideal on roasted halibut, pan fried shrimp, Westcott Bay oysters, and other seafood favorites.
From May to September, Brady and his team gather seawater from the shores of San Juan Island in the Pacific Northwest. At their farm, this water is filtered and brought to their evaporation houses. Under the summer sun, the water evaporates and leaves behind their signature salt, into which the briny flavor of the sea is locked.
